Wow Hardware & Discount Store

Did not go there, it used to be Shelly Hardware Store in the 1970's.

Not much when it comes to things you need in a hardware store this store is more like a variety store. Did not have what I was looking for.

I bought my screen there to be fixed the price they charge was a bit more pricey than what I normally pay but the hardware store I usually go to was closed. I brought my screen back there today a week later because it had become a part from the frame again. The woman at that time told me that I needed to have the rubber part around the screen replaced and it would cost me an additional 5 dollars. I said to her that I thought that that was part of the cost of fixing the screen. And she didn’t tell me otherwise when I first brought my screen to be fixed. The woman became very belligerent. Raising her voice at me and would not let me even finish a sentence. And keep in mind at no point did I ever raise my voice at her. As this situation was occurring I could not believe it, I said a silent prayer to myself and explained to her my concerns in the most calmest fashion that I could. She told me she would fix the screen I then asked her if she would use the new rubber around the frame so that I would not have this problem again. She would not answer me she just said, “I fix, I fix” at no point would she tell me if she was going to replace the rubber with a new one. Finally I just decided to cut my losses and have her fix the screen and hope that she used a new rubber. Needless to say the customer service in this store is horrible and I do not recommend this store to anyone.
