Some of the Associates are nice, some are very rude
Great place no contact must have exact change or card
Just went and when I got to the window the woman quickly took my card and when she returned it I politely asked for sauce. She didn't respond, left the window open, and began complaining to her coworkers about customers asking for sauces at the last second when they're asked at the time of their order. Though she wasn't talking to me, when she handed me the sauces I told her I wasn't asked when I ordered and wished her a good night. Should get some lessons from Chick-fil-A on customer service
The service person was fine. But it was 9:30 in the morning, and they said that they only had lunch.nI ordered a chicken burrito. It cost $3.81, and it was the thinnest burrito I ever had. A little rice and chicken was applied like spread. I feel as though I never want to go to Taco Bell again.
The drive-thru line was so long we decided to go up to the window to order (it just started to rain). They didn't have a register set up at the window. An employee had to tell them there were people there to place orders. Once that was taken care of and the order was placed. We waited a very long time before we got our food but it was worth the wait!!!
