Gave me someone else’s comforter and lost mine. Still haven’t heard from them, now I’m out almost $100 including the cost of the dry cleaning that was not even refunded.

Unfortunately, poor customer service. Customers were ignored and I ended up leaving and going to a competitor who was fantastic.
Ruined my beautiful expensive ball gown, their recourse was to not charge me! Should have made them rebead it at the least!
Love this place! These guys spend more time than needed on the items you bring in. It's all 5 star service. I'll never take my clothes and blankets anywhere else. If you need it done just ask and these guys can get it done right and quickly! Best cleaners in town. PERIOD! very satisfied!
