Jay came to my house and did a wonderful job. There was a concern about potential rain that day and he contacted me to determine how I wanted to handle it and offered to reschedule if that was best. Fortunately, the weather cleared up and we kept the appointment as was. All the dirt from a week of camping was gone and I was able to stay home and take care of chores at the same time. Very convenient!
Jay is the best. Seriously.nMy Mini Cooper was a mess. My two year old had destroyed the leather seats with dried milk, soggy goldfish and fermented apple sauce. Sand was permanently in the carpet and mud was plastered on the doors. After Jay was done, the car looked better than the day I drove it off the lot. His pricing is fair and reasonable. Booking was so simple. And he helped me get the car back home when I was running late.nNow someone help me find a way to not let my toddler back inside....rooftop car seats???
I received the deluxe detail and it was everything I expected and more. I couldn't criticize a single thing. The service was professional and the quality was outstanding. My car looks brand new inside and out. 10/10 recommend!
