Great Floors

Very pleased with our entire transaction from the first visit to the install of our LVP. Taylor Smith was wonderful. Great customer service, not pushy but knew how to lead us in the direction we needed to go. Molly, who answers the phones, is just perfect for the job. She’s very sweet and is clearly good with the public. Derek, Sam and Adam (the installers) were so good and quick and just all around super to work with. They did a great job. We would definitely recommend Great Floors for your hardwood or laminate floors. Oh yeah, the price was outstanding. We got several quotes and great floors beat them all hands down. We had a major plumbing issue in our home that required the bathroom and master bedroom bathroom to be taken down to the studs. Our contractor recommended Great Floors to redo the flooring and tile work. And, boy are we glad they did!! Dennis and Alyssa were amazing to work with. Their eye for color and what will look good together is perfect! The tile in the master shower and around the vanity is so pretty and goes perfect with the flooring they picked out. The vinyl and carpet were installed perfectly. All of the workmen were on time and so easy to work with. I can’t recommend Great Floors enough! Thank you to Dennis and Alyssa and their team of awesome craftsmen for an awesome job!!!
