There was an issue with the assembly of a log splitter that ended up coming apart when I towed it home. Once we figured out the issue, management took full responsibility, replaced the splitter, and (without me asking) offered a partial refund to compensate me for my time and inconvenience. Mike diligently went through every bolt of every splitter on the lot to make sure it would not happen again. Randy (manager) and Colby (assistant manager) were helpful and more than fair with the refund. This incident could easily have ended with a negative review - instead I am happy to share my experience in great customer service. Thanks guys!
Usually I love Tractor Supply, but I was highly disappointed. It first started with employees smoking right by the front door. One even walked into the breeze way with a cigarette lite. They were making people were masks, and the employees weren't wearing them at all. As I was leaving, they still were smoking outside. Very poor customer service!
Colby immediately said “hi! How can I help you?” The very second I walked in. I told him I was there for my puppy immunizations. He said “oh yes, straight back refrigerator on the right.” I walked back very pleased with the warm welcome...only to be greeted by a equally pleasant young woman who opened the refrigerator and confirmed what I needed with me.nnAll with a smile.nnAm I back in my home state of Montana?nnI checked out and left feeling so pleased.nnSUPERIOR SERVICE.nnI’ll be back for sure.nnThank you kindly.
This business is rude and insulting to it's customers. My husband and I were accused of having caused problems with returning products the year before, and he and I didn't even know each other at that point. And when they did finally give us our return, they put it on a card when we specifically asked for cash and they had asked if we wanted it in cash. Besides this, we have bought 2 propane heaters from them and both have not worked as soon as we take them out of the box.
Bought a ride on truck for grandkids for christmas. They drove it twice and it went dead. Will not take a charge and the store says tough luck. Pretty much says once it left the store not their problem
