Mount Airy Casino Resort

Great bunch of people there. I worked with them for many years. Managers will do whatever needs to get done to make you happy. Buffet I must say, is exeptionential compared to Mohegan Sun. Food is always different and fresh. Slots seem to be paying as well. Set in a nice country setting in Mt Pocono, it's a must if your in the area. They have plenty to do such as trails write on the property, and indoor, outdoor pool, spa, plenty to eat,and even great entertainment. Enjoy!!

stayed at the hotel August 1st, 2020nwith my two best friends. Had an excellent experience. checked out the next day and forgot important items in the room, called the front desk and the receptionist took care of the issue at once. thanks a million to the very accommodating ladies at the registration desk..I also appreciate the housekeeping personnel for their honesty and taking care of forgotten items in the room. thank you all again!!! keep up the good work!

Very clean like how they did the buffet

Not enough people working behind the counter checking in/out customers. Also personally for me there was not enough options for water/snacks. The large bottle and only water bottle inside the room cost $7....The free bottles of water in the casino were hard to come by. Nice employees however. Room also could have felt cleaner in general. Especially in the bathroom, I shouldn’t be able to wipe a tissue along the bathroom door molding and find mold/caked on dust. I doubt these rooms are being thoroughly cleaned. When we first entered our room we walked in to find our bed sheets and pillows ruffled with a musty odor and the previous persons key card holder on the table. Clearly the room was not cleaned nor ready for us, although we were called and told the room was ready to go. They resolved the issue by coming up to clean the room for us. So just things like this for me in these times with the virus just turn me off. Other wise cool get away.
