My family has lactose sensitivities and cheese allergies. I was absolutely impressed with the amount of care the employees took when taking our order and preparing our food. The lovely girl who took our order read it back to us 3 times to make sure she entered it correctly. Then when we arrived at the window, another employee clarified one more time just to be sure they had our order correct. Not only was our order correct, I sincerely appreciate that they took our order seriously. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again.
Food is great as usual. They just have a habit of turning off every single light in the place at 10 pm, when they close at midnight to give the illusion they’re closed. Menu isn’t even lit. Also you’re not able to order on the app past 930.
A WORD OF CAUTION: check your order before you leave the parking lot. I love Taco Bell’s food, and I’m typically a very patient person, but Taco Bell has messed up my order so many times that I thought I was finally time to give them a bad review. During this most recent experience, my taco was not event half full, my cinnamon twists had no cinnamon on them, my Baja Blast was just carbonated water, and I was missing a fork. Nearly every other order I’ve placed over the past several years has had items missing.
The sign said 4 hard 4 soft 2 bean ...but you had to ask for that..false advertised
Just a taco bell folks, not much else to say. They got my order right and seemed pleasant.
