Drive through totally disrespectful I ordered. Mexican pizza with a drink and asked for 7 fire sauces . When I checked there were 3 . I went back through the drive through and said I asked for 7 and got 3. When I went around they had another 3 on a tray . I said I asked for 7 for a reason they grudgingly gave me the final 1. I said someone needs to learn to count . A female in the back said “ thanks for nothing “nThey should be fired

Im pretty sure my experience yesterday will make me stop visiting Taco Hell for a while. The kid on the other end of the order box sounded like he wanted to be anywhere else. I knew he missed part of my order - but it seriously took 10 minutes for me to even make it to the window. When I said that an entire combo was missing he told me I would have to go through the drive thru again. So I asked to just add on a coke and I'd deal with it. While he was filling my drinks he was swearing at who ever was in the back, dropping the F bomb multiple times. He rudely handed me my order, and then slammed the window when he was done. When I got to my destination to eat, my order was still missing parts that I actually DID pay for. Calling the store does nothing. Vicky says she will mail coupons. And they never come.

Forgot my cinnamon twists, and slushy. Also put lettuce on both of my tacos even when I said not to.
