I called because I got a $10 charge on my debit card, for a $4.50 wash. Owner answered the phone, explained the system overage and answered any questions. I appreciated the personal service. The charge was just a hold on the money that the bank does, not a charge. Everything worked out fine. The car wash payment system is far more convenient than quarters, and the wash system is better than any other competitors in the area. The Mercer location is my preferred place to wash. Good job! Thanks for the help.
Wouldn't take money in any machine. Went somewhere that would !!
It was the biggest waste of 10 dollars ever. I've never had real good luck there :(
Used my debit card literally sprayed the dirt/salt off the side of my truck only took about 2 minutes and the charge was $10.00 dollars. Complete rip off... I won't be back.
