Most of my experience's with Costa's have been really great. But I was very dissatisfied with my grill experience. I purchased a grill in September for a Christmas present for my husband. It was a floor model and it had a few scratches on it so the manager ordered a part for the scratched part. I called a month ago and a lady said it was ready. I went to pick it up, almost an hour away from home, and it was not ready! A gentleman named John said it was still on back order!!! He ended up saying they would bring the part to my house when it comes in . It was just disappointing that I drove all the way there and it wasn't ready. I am happy they are taking care of this issue but I have cancer and it was really DIFFICULT for me to make that special trip there when I could have left it at the store until it was fixed. I think they just need to be more organized.
Friendly cashews more than willing to help find what you need everyone on that a smile on their face definitely recommend shopping there
Very friendly Employees. Neat and clean store. Carries typical Ace merchandise. Easy handicapped access. Visit often when in Smethport.
