Cook Realty has been the best company in my world! I lived in the rental house for 6 years, and they took care of me through rain and shine! Repair orders were always efficient. Tyson and Scott are good people!nnI received my deposit completely, based on the contract. Take care of your home and they honor the contract!

I had none of the issues mentioned by others. When I left the house I was renting, I left it very clean (I used to have a house cleaning business). I had a text thanking me, and the deposit was returned to me FAR sooner than I was expecting it--within just a few days. I had expected to have to wait for three to four weeks.

I honestly wish I could give this company no stars it really doesn't deserve any. A week ago I applied for a home Tyson was renting in Jerome. I had spoken to him over the phone on Friday July 24 about my husband looking at the property with Tyson. At no point did he indicate that there was any problem or concern with my application to rent and was very nice about meeting him. On Monday July 27th my husband took off during his lunch break to meet with Tyson at the property my husband and myself contacted him several times and did not receive an answer until 9 pm last night when he indicated that he could meet with my husband at 1:15 today he also stated that he was concerned about renting a home for 975 a month to us because of our income which by the way is over 2x's the amount of rent. Again my husband took off during his lunch break to go see the property with Tyson only for Tyson to say that he never scheduled anything with me or my husband whom he also texted last night and stated he could meet up at 1:15 and he said he already rented out the property, but waited for my husband to drive there and text him, because Tyson doesn't answer phone calls and neither does the office, to tell us anything. This Company is beyond unprofessional and based on other reviews I'm glad we didn't rent from them.

What a slum lord. I have many pictures.Being disabled Tyson has taken my dignity away by not answering requests to even making changes in the bathroom so you can use the toilet properly. Contract says you have to pay $9.00 for a smoke detector battery that you can buy two for a dollar. Luckily I only have one smoke detector in this rental and it is in the living room. The oversized vanity in the bathroom prevents you from using the facilities. Keeps you from adding any handicap bath rail as there is no room. I have pictures. The front door does not even fit in the frame, as it has been sawed off. I have all these pictures. The worst was when I found out I had to share water and I wasn't told when I moved in. The finality was he didn't have to tell me and I was being a pain in his backside. Indispicable! I will gladly take a lie detector to back up my comments. I also have a lot of pictures. Cannot deny the pictures!
