It is very obvious the owners do not care for Medallion Townhomes nor do they care about the residents. I think I speak for everyone when I say things have gotten worse here. It takes weeks to get something fixed/replaced and no matter how many times you call to report something, they do nothing about it. Right now, there is a dead animal located in the pool area and when maintenance was told, they said: “it can stay right there.” Now the pool is closed because they would rather not deal with the constant complaints about the dirty pool. (They haven’t cleaned it in two weeks) The owners and management need a better maintenance team and better resident care.nnTrust me when I say this, don’t move here.

I got into a upgraded version. Not to bad. It’s small. But it’s a townhome. Rent keeps going up but it’s like that everywhere you go. Pool is usually clean. It doesn’t get crazy. Just about everything is pretty much maintained. The only things that suck are there’s no laundry in unit, a few others do. And the dog poop is a huge issue. Maintenance tries to keep up but people obviously just don’t care to pick up after their pets. Even though there is big green signs with bags and trash cans. They even started having their pets poop in the median in the parking lot. I’ve seen people do it but it seems like nobody cares and just say “we’re working on it. We sent out notices....” which they have several times but obviously the notices don’t do anything. There’s no handicap parking. I’ve suggested it but they don’t seem to care about that either. Other than that it’s pretty quiet. Not a lot of issues. This is my honest opinion as of February 4, 2019. Been here for a couple years. Gave a 3 star because of the issues above. It wasn’t just a one time thing. It’s been ongoing. Hope this helps whoever reads this a brief description of how it is here.nnOh and the heaters and A/C don’t do very much. Had to buy fans and portable heaters to keep warm.

They are slow to respond unless you walk into their office at Orchard Place and catch them red handed to talk to. Have to call a bunch for repairs, either you bug them till they ignore you or they finally get it done after begging. Washers and dryers hardly do much and cost so much for barely being able to wash clothes. Also, the apartments are very difficult to keep cool. Not having a happy experience so far. Will update if service improves.
