A friend of our family recommended Tony and Debbie Winther when we started searching the area for our next home, and we are glad they did. Tony and Debbie listened as we described what we were looking for. Then over the course of many months they patiently showed us each property that looked promising. They even went out and took additional pictures to send us before we made the long drive from out of state to view another prospect. Tony suggested we walk through a home being built that was quite a bit above our stated budget so we could see the builder’s quality. This led to a yet another fun walkthrough of a completed home way above our budget so we could see a finished project. We really liked what we saw. Eventually we decided to buy a home still under construction by this same builder. We never felt any pressure from them to rush or to make a quick decision. Through this process we became friends and learned that we had struck gold with this couple. They always put our needs and interests first. They were attentive to every detail, provided extras we did not expect, and were genuinely excited for us when we finally closed. We have been in our new home over a year now and are loving it!nRecently we were able to recommend Tony and Debbie to one of our children. Again they provided excellent service, above and beyond. I have a sister and brother that live in Idaho and after visiting and getting to know the people there, we realized Idaho is where we want to live. However, living out of state, it made it extremely difficult to look at houses. Here is where Debbie & Tony Winther excelled!nnEvery house, no matter how ridiculous, when we called them and asked them to look at a property for us, they did. They took candid pictures, of the good and the bad, and posted them for us to look at carefully and consider if the house was right for us. We did travel to Idaho a few times, and the Winthers went out of their way to show us around, lining up a number of properties for us to look at and consider--could we call this home?nnA few months and several houses later, we found the perfect home. Five steps into the house we knew this was home. Of course, it doesn't end there. Tony was born and grew up in Nampa, ID and you can't go far without running into someone who knows Tony, his brothers or parents.nnIn our case, I personally believe it was because of that connection that helped seal the deal on the house. Tony and the seller had a number of common connections and that seemed to make all the difference. It was that connection that helped the seller see the benefit to selling the house to someone from out of state who wanted to call Idaho home.nnThrough the entire process, Debbie & Tony where there to take care of things, bring things to our attention, coordinate every little detail along the way. They were there from day one to the signing and we continue to see Debbie & Tony on a regular basis.nnWhen you partner with Debbie & Tony Winther, you get more than you pay for. You really get the sense they have your best interest at heart and are not there just to make money on the sale. They are genuine, down to earth people who will go to bat for you and deliver what they say, when they say it will be done. You can't go wrong working with the Winthers. Great office, highly recommend

First these people misrepresented that a property was still available and collected money. Then they ignored several emails for days until finally finding out the property was not available then refused to refund the money for services they never performed. Very unprofessional. We will never do any business with this place again
