In my opinion, adventure property management is a great rental agency. The staff is very professional while also being warm and kind. They are very responsive to any issues that may pop up with your rental. The problems that popped up with our rental were dealt with properly and promptly. They have always been very accommodating and more than willing to work with you if you communicate with them and are a responsible renter. If we are ever in need of another rental I will definitely see if they have anything available first. I would be more than happy to work with adventure property again. I highly recommend this company and want to personally thank Jess for Being such a stellar property manger.

I didn't take utilities out of my name when I moved out and the new tenant didn't put the utilities in their name so I had several months that were charged to me. Lexi was very helpful and reimbursed me the money. She responded very quickly. I am grateful for their honesty and professionalism

As homeowner, the checks were basically on time. Office folks answered emails. When I took back my property after nearly 5 years with this company, damage and theft we were left to fix was in the thousands of dollars. Renters had ruined kitchen cabinets, broken into locked storage and stolen tools. This was a no pet house, but the wreak of animal urine in closets forced us to rip out all carpeting. We found secret drug stash and syringes in the ductwork. Not good vetting of renters nor follow-up with damage repairs.

I moved in on February 12, 2020 as a lease takeover for my brother, they had not taken any time to fix the problems with the apartment and we called to get them fixed, yes they fixed a few of the issues but near the end of my lease, the water heater and air conditioning broke, it caused a leak and the ceiling In the kitchen started to cave in, when they came to fix the water heater and A/C they did fix that, and they said they would send someone to fix the ceiling in 2 weeks, those two weeks went by and nobody came, I was home every day during that because of COVID and nobody every came to fix it, the A/C broke again and they came to fix it, saying they would send someone else to fix the ceiling again. And again I waited, nobody ever came so I called and had to leave a message because they did not answer the phone call. Then the wash machine broke and I called about that, I was told they would send someone out. I never received a call or a knock on my door for a week after that, then we moved out because of the conditions of the apartment because there was mold and most likely a gas leak. Overall we did not have a good experience at this apartment and after they wanted to charge us for the damage that was done before and the damages that happened naturally which is very much not fair

I used Adventure Property Management to rent out my home in Nampa and all in all they did a good job and I would use them again. There were some issues that came up during lease that could have been handled better but in the end APM took care of things. I do suggest that there is a clear understanding between the owner and APM about any lease conditions that are required of the renters.nOne example of an issue was when APM hired a company to blow out the irrigation system and the company failed to blow out the pump which froze and burst. APM paid for replacing (or required their contractor to pay for the replacement) the pump as they should have. Lexi was prompt, professional and good to work with as were Jess and Mike.
