This company recently took over management of my complex when it was sold to a new owner. They have been VERY easy to work with and understanding. When I moved out they made it easier and I was out before my last 30 days were up as I wanted to get to Texas before the pandemic restrictions got any worse. Without even having to ask they sent me a check for part of my final rent payment as they had a new tenant move in early. A company that sent me a check without even asking because they filled the empty apartment even though technically I had the space till the end of the month. That's service and quality too. Can y'all manage my Texas apartment?

They make you feel like it's your home. They don't stop by all the time. They also fix anything that's breaks. I also appreciate that I called to see if I could get a puppy for my bf birthday and they called the owner right then and I was approved. Thank you to the owner too.

It's not ok to park in a manner that causes an obstruction to residents, and then be disrespectful to no end when you are asked to move a little bit.nI know professionalism but that was so far from it it was pathetic. Never once was I rude or disrespectful to you. I only wanted to park with out having to pull forward and back a few times in a spot that I have been parking for over a month now.nnNext time you hop out like you are wanting to start a scene please be advised that we watch out for each other in our neighborhood.

I have had many property managers in the past. I've had any number of problems, up to and including not paying my mortgages to the point of a notice of default on the door. I hate to mention that in my review, but it is important that readers know that my opinion of TNT is based upon a lot of experience.nnI purchased an apartment complex two years ago that was suffering, to say the least, from poor management that lead to deferred maintenance and below market rents. This was a major project because these problems persisted for a number of years before I purchased.nnI haven't told Tom but last weekend we made a surprise visit to our property. We were BLOWN AWAY. It does not even look like the same property. It is in impeccable condition. This explains why the renters did not move out as we moved the rents up almost 30%. They were happy to stay since the place was being properly managed.nnIn any event, whether you are a renter or an owner, this is a good place to do business. The team is talented and their good systems allow them to stay on top of your needs. Highly recommend.
