Stopped on Tuesday morning for a few subs to treat myself and a few employees on my way to work. Very rude employee was too busy to wait on me and I happened to be the only one there. I was upset and emailed cooperate about my experience. I gave them the full story Wednesday morning but have yet to get a response. I’m guessing business is so amazing the loss of a $40.00 order means nothing to them. It’s not about the money really it’s about the quality of service.
You can pretty much accept the same thing at each subway. What sets them apart are the employees! Tonight around 8pm I ordered a steak and cheese Sub. Jessica did a fantastic job explaining my options and making my order perfectly. I really enjoyed my experience and will be returning in the future!
the hours say you close at 830 but the rude girl behind the counter closed up at 730
Second subway I went to today. I ordered the breakfast steak and egg. I asked her to toast it. She put it in for 10 seconds. I asked gee to resolve it she assured me its warm. THANKS B#@!$ Now I'm eatting cold eggs and steak.
Awesome atmosphere, employees and food. I go here often!
