Refreshing transaction for a first time customer to this business: I knew exactly the snow blower I wanted when I walked into the showroom. I just needed to decide on the model level based features, size and my needs. First of all the showroom is excellent with all models assemble and lined up in order with easy access and were clearly marked. I was left to look around a little and then was greeted by Taylor who was very knowledgeable about the product and determined my needs quickly with a few usage questions which gave me the ability to make a pretty quick decision on the unit best suited for my needs. Taylor delivered the product to my home today and gave a full demonstration of the starting, operation and features. The kicker is that even with all of this quality service their pricing was the best in the area after they offered me the current manufactures discount. All I can say is prefect and Thank you! I wont have to shop anywhere else for my outdoor equipment in the future.

You need to watch these people. I took a chainsaw in for a new brake handle. That's it - no more no less. They ended up rebuilding the carburetor and the total cost was $50 more then a brand new saw.nWhat were they thinking?
