I have 2 dogs and with short dogs they leave a lot of stains. Not only urine but also a lot of dirt and wear. I was very happy with the end result. The stains are gone, the house smells fresh, and the price was reasonable for the amount of work done in my home. I would recommend him if you need someone kind and hard working to get the job done! We run a daycare out of our home, and have tried a multitude of carpet cleaning services in the past. Shaun did excellent work, cleaning the furniture and carpets. The couches look almost new again after having year old coffee and milk spills, etc on them. I would highly recommend him and definitely plan to use him again the next time! He even managed to pull out some stains 3 other companies did not! Very professional, very pleasant, all around excellent service! Thanks Shaun for an amazing job!

Shaun is very professional every time he comes to my house. He tried a new method to cleaning the carpet it was low moisture cleaning which turned out FANTASTIC. He does a AWESOME job!! He takes his time and make sure he gets the job done correctly! I highly recommend royal carpet cleaning for your carpet needs!

We had a birthday party in the coming weekend and were really wanting to get our carpets cleaned beforehand. I contacted Shaun and explained the situation. He was so great and fit me into his schedule that same week. He did an outstanding job, carpets look great and very reasonable pricing.

After Thanksgiving, my dog managed to get ahold of some onion that I must have dropped and managed to kick under the cabinets. A day later I came home from my first day back at work, to a newly redecorated carpet. Luckily my dog had thrown it all up but had also gone number two all over the place.nnI was referred to Royal Carpet Cleaning and I could not be happier with the results. I stupidly had rubbed the feces even more into the carpet but all of it is gone now. My carpet literally looks like the day I moved in.nnOn top of these great results, he was able to explain how he did it and even gave really good tips on what to do next time something like this occurs.nnTL;DR: Want good customer service? Fast response time? Prices? Go here, not to those big names who just rush through the job.
