Nampa True Value

I prefer True Value over the big box chain hardware store. The customer services is heads and shoulders above the rest, the employees are more knowledgeable and they aren't aren't afraid to let you know if they don't have the answer, but they will try to find it for you. The inventory is more geared towards local needs and conditions. I'm happy with the small town friendly feel and the helpfulness of the employees.

Great little store. Dont get me wrong I like the giant stacked up to rafter stores. But for the accidental fix it guy around here. I have to roll up my sleeve once in a while. The folks at this store are friendly, knowledge and always willing to give me a little extra time to talk me through the problem.

Great place to grab stuff you need to finish a project now.

Very professional and personal with the customer service. Even suggested that I get a different tool to save money and still get the job done.
