Great experience overall. Manny quickly checked in. Tire rotation and oil change done in under an hour. Technicians trying to figure out how to reset oil light. After multiple attempts told they would look up and call me. As I was checking out mentioned to Manny. He offered to check, went to car, and he fixed it. I asked what he did and he explained and showed me. Outstanding customer service from him start to finish. Super friendly and helpful! The boise store also couldn't figure out so I've been driving with change oil light on since May. Really appreciated his taking time to try and will be regular customer at this location due to quality service!
Been getting my oil changed here for years! Manny has always been fair and amazing! Highly recommend.
Tons of people take vehicles here so to call it quick is not very accurate, the last time we were in for service is the worst experience we have had here, 4the service writer seemed more concerned with anything other than her job.
Had an appt for a oil change and recall on the Jeep Wrangler. They told me they would have it done in 1 hour, when I made the appointment. Took longer, maybe 30-40 minutes longer.
Top notch service and no pressure but informative. Can't ask for anything better! A++
