Power washer does not give enough soap or enough pressure to get off tiny amounts of dirt. To actually get a good clean you must bring your own scrubbers and scrubby brush does not work well and is extremely disgusting. Costs way to much for the short time you are given. if you want to get a good clean I would just get a bucket of soap and water and wash it at home. Is a good place to wash after a dust storm or a light rain

What a mess and not working properly. To expensive for what I gotnnNot sure how to respond.nnwe were traveling from Utah to Oregon. We had picked up allot of bugs on the front of the car. My usual solution is to find a car was bay and spray the bugs with the pre-soak then soap brush them off and rinse. We felt the bays had allot of debris in them and our shoes were getting dirty. also the charge was higher than I am used to in Utah even if I was to wash the entire car which I wasn't. I couldn't use my debit card and had to load quarters.The pre-soak did not spray it squirted and there wasn't as much soap as I am accustomed to. we did get rid of the bugs and got on our way but disappointed.

Used the automatic one as usual, the brushes/rollers just spun and never touched my car! It sprayed that foamy rainbow soap all over my car, spun the brushes, but they never touched my car. It sprayed on wax or rinse water then the dryer kicked on. So here i am with dried foamy soap all over my car. I had to go to hand wash bay and clean it up. Never had this issue before. There was no phone number anywhere to call anyone about this, and there was no one there working to talk to. Time to find a different car wash.

No number to easily report issues. The card reader didn’t work so I had to get quarters. I did my wash and that was good but now they are trying to to charge me 10$ on my card from the card reader that was broken.
