My husband is a general contractor for 40 years and has used gen floors for a very long time. The customer service is horrible. Ordered rugs and pad and the pad wasn’t there when the carpet layer went to pick up. Rep says her manager will call and no call. Instead my husband calls and calls are routed to customer service in another state. The phone system is absolutely horrible. He told the woman he wouldn’t use them anymore if this doesn’t get fixed and no manager even called him back. Do NOT USE!
Great flooring at decent prices
Did my first job with your flooring and came out amazing. Way better then the home depot and Lowe's garbage thanks looking forward to many more jobs using your flooring.
