They didn't have everything I needed to do a small project.
If i could put a no star review i would but since i cannot i have to deal with 1. This place has terrible customer service I ordered a tool box at 11:30pm the night before pickup i enter the store at 4pm the next day and tool box was not pulled and ready for pick-up which was okay due to the lady saying they are pulling as we speak. 40 minutes pass waiting for the tool box to come out nothing was there. I asked the customer service employee where the box was and was told that it was still not pulled so i waited another 20 minutes for them to bring the box outside. The only helpful employee was the forklift driver and a random employee on the side of the building. Thanks for nothing will never return ud83dudc4eud83cudffc
Don't be fooled by the website. This location does not honor curbside pickup. The website says it does. The special parking spots say curbside pickup. When you call to announce your arrival (the number is on the sign) they don't answer. If they do answer, they ask you to come in. It happened twice. Go to Home Depot. Their curbside pickup is great!
I'm a Veteran and take advantage of the Veterans discount. I donate the savings to Veteran organizations. It's a typical chain store but they do a good job.
DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES LIKE AT ALL. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE.nI PERSONALLY WILL NEVER SHOP FOR APPLIANCES THERE UNLESS ITS A DING AND GO APPLIANCE. AS FAR AS USING THEM FOR DELIVERY AND PICK UP I WOULD GIVE 1 STAR...WHEN YOU HAVE ISSUE WITH THAT SERVICE I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. THE ATTITUDE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGERS IS LAUGHABLE (OUT OF FRUSTRATION).nI WILL SHOP THERE FOR EVERYTHING ELSE THOUGH....IT IS CLEANER AND WELL PUT TOGETHER THEN THE OTHER PLACE.
