Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albuquerque Historic Old Town

Excellent value, clean room, very welcoming! The best place we have stayed on our cross-country trip. One big plus: no sketchy people hanging out in the parking lots, which has pretty much become ubiquitous to hotels across the country. The Holiday Inn Express in Old Town is accommodating, very clean, safe, and the staff is on the ball and extremely courteous. Thank you!!!

Booked a room over the phone 3 hours before getting there, person on the phone booked me a suite with 2 queen beds. When I get here I'm told there are no suites and the only thing available is a king room. I have a family of 4 and needed 2 beds. Finally receptionist "found" me a room with 2 queen beds (which are not queens, these beds are definitely full sized). Also was told the pool was open till 10. Only reason we booked was for our kids to swim for an hour after being in a car for 6 hrs and for a suite with QUEEN beds. Had i known these two things weren't available i would have just booked a $60 hotel. Dont stay here. Hopefully the breakfast that is supposedly included is actually included.

The front desk was very polite and helped me with everything I needed thank you guys! the beds was very comfortable the rooms were very clean also! woke up to see hot air balloons my kids enjoyed that very well will recommend to stay.. the pool is closed though they do serve breakfast grab and go.. thanks again guys..

Holiday Inn is a consistently great place to stay and this location was no exception. Very reasonably priced. Room was very clean. Bedding was clean and comfy. Great water pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Very nice, clean rooms. Although driving and staying through the COVID OUTBREAK gave limited options for breakfast and some amenities this place still was very clean and well managed. Definitely would recommend and stay again when passing through.
