I purchased a Bosch rotary hammer drill online. The first time I used it, it malfunctioned. I contacted Bosch and they confirmed it was still under warranty. Bosch provided me with the name of a nearby local company [G&S Fasteners Systems in White Hall, Pa], who does Bosch Warranty work. I called G&S and explained the situation to someone who answered the phone, and again to their mechanic - Felix. Felix advised me to bring the tool in. All he wanted was my name, address, and date of purchase. I also brought the warranty claim paperwork that Bosch had e-mailed to me. When I arrived at G&S, the manager [I assume] advised me that they do warranty for Bosch, but only if the tool was bought at G&S. When I asked why I wasn't told that by either of his employees when I spoke to them on the phone, he had no answer. And no apology for wasting my time and gas money. Also, when Covid 19 is still spreading, none of the employees [about 6] were wearing masks [I was wearing mine], nor were they maintaining social distancing.

I have never left G and S fasteners disappointed, and on several occasions thought I might have witnessed a miracle, they have always had whatever I needed, and with friendly service and very low prices, I now go there first and let them save me the time I would otherwise lose looking for what they find for me in seconds

Great for your industrial an commercial needs. Found some hard to find screws, mounting, and tools.
