Revised . came in recently to pick up an order around 8 pm and although it was getting close to their closing time I wasn't too impressed with how the place looked. The counter that they prepare the food was sloppy and needed to be cleaned up . Loose toppings on the counter and a lack of care was very evident. Even the bread wasn't as fresh as it should have been and laying on the counter like scraps without any care of how it looks. It has been awhile since I came in person during this pandemic but appearances speak volumes and seeing how sloppy it looked turned me off to this location. I still love jersey mike's sandwiches and I realize it was getting close to the end of a probably long day but consistent cleaning should never be compromised or eased up. I may try another location. I was very disappointed.nnGreat subs fast service and the meats and bread and toppings are fresh. I am from Jersey and this reminds me of blimpie base, which is a good thing. Very good.

Rather disappointing visit and sandwich. Server kept on walking away to take care of other things and the sandwich wasn't very tasty. (#2 Mike’s way). Value level was low. Frankly, the meats used had a pre-packed grocery store taste and not Deli flavor. There are local shops making much better sandwiches.

The sandwiches are delicious! However on my last order online, they messed up on my payment transaction resulting in me getting charged twice and although they refunded me back for one sandwich - I felt there customer service could have been way better! They never even apologized. When I told them I was here to pick up my money they just handed me the money without even saying “ sorry for the inconvenience “ about 10 workers in the store all standing there and not one person even bothered to say sorry about it. ud83dude0f

Very disappointed in the lack of COVID-19 protective procedures. I went today to pick up an order to see people eating inside & people standing in line to order. Astonished the Protective plexi-glass was gone. Just a reminder COVID-19 is an airborne virus & droplets from people linger in the air. You have people eating inside, no mask and at any time may cough or sneeze their droplets in the air.nNothing protecting the open food, except the standard glass which is not to the ceiling.nThis will be my last time I order food from there..
