The word “chain restaurant” will usually scare me away from visiting a shop. But, I decided to take a shot at Primos. I’m currently in town for work from Texas and assumed a “hoagie” is just different vocabulary for the term, “sub.”nnBoy was I wrong.nnThe Allentown Primos is one of a kind. Customer service, attention to detail, quality control, quality ingredients, efficiency, and cleanliness are incredible.nA true testament to their management, and lovely employees on the site.nnI look forward to returning there most days for lunch while I spend my time here in Allentown. I wouldn’t dare to ever categorize their hoagies with subs again in my life. Impressed is an understatement, well done.nn-Jake
