Since Bonner Saw closed I was worried about finding a new shop for service on my chainsaw. I called & was told they would service it & took it in right away to figure out why I couldn't get the chain adjusted properly. They were friendly & knowledgeable & quickly discovered I had been sold the wrong size chains. I still had one new chain which they took & adjusted to the correct size & installed it for me. My other chains are being sharpened & adjusted. I could not have been more pleased with the service & feel confident having my chainsaw worked on there.
Worked on ATV friendly staff helped unload. Always good people to work with.
I needed some hydraulic hoses cut and advice and Alex was so helpful and on top of it, he helped me immediately and was so friendly thanks for the great job
Above and beyond customer service! Came into Idaho from Washington just to buy a UTV from Idaho Rigging. All our questions were answered and the product we wanted was shown to its fullest. Idaho Rigging assembly the plow and accessories we asked for and delivered our UTV the next day. 10 out of 10
