I had a terrible experience. I ordered a Country Fried Steak 3-Course meal online. I ordered my mashed potatoes with beef gravy and they put it on my steak and didn't give me any country gravy like it's supposed to come with on the steak. A manager was working the front and packed my bag. I asked if there was butter with my rolls and he said it was in the box. I got home and checked and it wasn't. Not to mention they were over done. He also forgot to pack my soup that came with the meal and I had to ask for it as it was left on the counter. It was sitting on the counter and was cold by the time I got to my destination. I had to ask for my own plastic ware as well. It was slow so there really was no reason for them to have messed up as bad as they did. The server who got me a new lid for my soup because it was dripping was more competent than the manager that was on duty.

Will not go back for awhile. I understand the COVID requirements of only 50% seating. There were less then 10 customers in the restaurant and 7 or 8 employees and was told they were at capacity. No way when the restaurant seats over 100.

We love Bob Evens. It is one of my son's favorote places to go. The food is great try the chicken cooked to perfection. It really is. Be paitient sometimes the service is lacking but the food is worth the wait. This visit the service was great. She was right on the money she was busy and was still very good. Last visit the waitress was not good but the food was. The restraunt had three waitresses and a total of five customers. If this visit the waitress was like the last we would not have been back but she was great. The food was fabulous and our waitress was perfect. Thank you for doing a great job you have given us the desire to keep coming

The bread for the pot roast sandwich tasted like grease.nEverything else was good though.
