Today nov 17 went to place an order and lady who was making the food didn't even have a mask on. The young man did. I didn't order and just left store.
My car's radiator was steaming I pulled into Subways parking lot. I had the car towed by AAAs. Thank you Subway. Got it fixed. Sorry we tied up your parking lot. Thank you Butler Ave New Castle Subway.
Got an email saying I have 14 days to redeem reward pts. Walked in today, and it went like this: young woman making subs asked me what I'd like and then immediately walked out the back door with her belongings. Walked over to cashier to see exactly how many points I had to redeem because the person taking my order was gone, then the new sandwich maker skipped me and started taking the only other person in the stores order. And between the 2 workers in the store, neither could tell me how to redeem my tokens. They just kept looking at each other and shrugging.nnTl;dr came to get a free sub, instead left with so many questions and no answers between 3 employees

Ordered once off doordash and they just put anything on my sub. I paid $20 for nothing.
