It goes in waves for a while the crews are good friendly and efficient. Then they get a new wave of employees and everything goes downhill. Have had to tell them to return my card after paying, usually only receive half the food I order, or food that's spilling out if the wrappers and smashed into the boxes.

I can't stand this place anymore. My mom went to get food for our visiting family tonight. We've always had issues with our orders in the last year or so, but not as bad as this. I ordered a vegetarian power bowl. I did not expect there to chicken and a bunch of black hairs. Like lots of black hairs. I took some out, mixed it and looked around with a fork and found even more! My mom was also in the drive through for about 30 minutes waiting for $4 fries she didn't get. My little cousin complained that her Quesorito was spicy. This place either needs new workers, new management, both, or needs to be shut down. I absolutley love Taco Bell, but my family will never order from this location again. I never have these negative experiences going to other Taco Bells. So, please, do yourself a favor and take the extra drive to another Taco Bell.

I went through the drive-thru and they left out food that I paid for so I had to drive back there. The food wasn't that good either and I think they should think about the customers inconvenience. I waited in line for 25 minutes to get the food then I have to go back and use gas that I wouldn't be using if they got it right the first time.

I enjoy their $ menu stuff. Shame they are getting rid of a lot of it with the menu change :/
