My recent move to Idaho from Texas was made much easier because Helen was my realtor. Not knowing much about the area, she supplied me by e-mail and phone with much helpful information before my first visit with her and learned much about my preferences in housing. When I actually made a weekend trip to Idaho to visit she had arranged to show several houses that met my criteria and limited time was not wasted on houses that I was not interested in. With that one visit I was able to select he house I am in today. The process of doing a real estate transaction long distance was facilitated by Helen at every step and her communication with me was always prompt and informed. She was resourceful in ironing out rough spots in the process and very friendly and easy to work with along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

We are new to the area and used Helen Carnie as our realtor. This wasn’t our first home purchase but was by far our best realtor experience. Helen is on top of her game. She got to know us and knew our “wants” for a home as well as we did! She paid attention to all details from the start to the finish, always putting our best interests first.
