Tony found us our dream house in a very short period of time. He listened to what we wanted and only showed us houses that met our criteria. We also used Tony to sell one of our investment properties. He had three offers in the first 24 hours. Tony got us top dollar for our investment. He made both sale's completely seamless. I would recommend Tony for any investments or to just purchase a house.

We worked with Tony and Stacy to purchase a home. When the first one fell through after a bad inspection they worked tirelessly to find an even better one for us. We were a state away at that point so they viewed the house for us, Facetimed us during the inspections and gave us their honest input about what they saw. We bought it without having stepped foot on the property and they made it soooo easy. When we actually visited the property the first time it was just what we expected. Then Tony’s management crew had it locked into a 2 year lease within 2 weeks at a great rate. Thanks to their hard work it couldn’t have worked out better! I have worked with Boise Investment Properties on both selling and purchasing. The sale of my rental with them was fast, smooth and very professional. Tony also helped me find an Apartment complex. His detailed rental property projections and in depth insite on rental properties in the area is extremely hard to find...that in it self makes any transaction with Tony worth while.
