By far the best property management company I have dealt with.n5 STARS all the way!nnIf you are lucky enough to work with Helena, you wont be disappointed. She goes above and beyond for her tenants. She is very responsive, down to earth, professional, caring and just a wonderful lady. I had the best experience with her. She is Awesome! You're definitely in great hands with her.

Working with Brian Woodward and Michael Sheapard was one of the best experiences i every had . As a contractor, I understand the underlying concern of property owners on a daily basis. Genuinely Brain and Michael will do anything it takes to upkeep there properties. whether code isn't meeting criteria or its not up to par or of there liking. Idaho property people pride themselves in maintaining order within there wonderful living conduits . I rate them A++ they have many beautiful properties. And would recommend them to anyone.

I would NOT recommend renting from Property people. Here are a few reasons: I would not post that review until the manager was rude with my son today she is told my son to pick up the trash that’s not my son job that’s the management and maintenance job. And I went to talk with her she was rude with me. when I called the main office didn’t answer my phone and they send me text messages to call your property manager. I was trying to complain from my property manager to the corporate office.nn1. If you have a problem in the unit or somethings broke in the unit it will take you a month or two to get it fixed. Recently I had a problem with my exhaust fan and it took me more than five weeks to get it fixed I called the onsite Manager, she didn’t care, than I called the corporate office, And the owner no one cares. Than I called Idaho Boise and I complained then they fix it.nn2. The apartment manager for Davis Park Apartmentsnis rude and incredibly unprofessional. She yells at tenants.nn3. If you have a work order and Onsite Manager knows about the work order and it don’t get fixed when you tried to contact the corporate office they are not answering your phone they will text you To contact your Onsite Manager.nn4. the laundry room is dirty it’s never get clean one washer and two dryer are not working I Talked to the management about it a two months ago but still it’s not working.nn5. I live at Davis Park it’s been five years I never had an issue with previous managers. The Manager Mantanince was very nice. When we had a work order with the previous management it was get done on time. At lest property was clean with previous previous manager. But now nothing remained the same.

company ever! go through managers Davis Park Property like no other so no one ever knows what is going on! The new lady in the office, an older lady is the rudest manager we have ever had! She is in a bad mood most of the time and is not very considerate of us as renters! Im warning you, please stay far away from this place

I moved into my new place on Monday and my ac wasn't working. I emailed my maintenance request and the very next day I had people trying to fix my unit. They had to replace my thermostat but stayed in contact with me until the job was fixed.
