Eli is the property manager for a house on the Boise bench that I rented with my husband from April 2019 to September 2019. As a tenant we had a horrible experience.n1. The day we were to move in, he was leaving the country and have us a hard time about getting the keys. He made us feel like a low priority and like a pain for wanting the keys at the start of our lease.n2. We waited a couple months to request maintenance on several minor items. Maintenance requests were handled by email or phone. Communication about these items was short, unprofessional, and many went incomplete.n3. We were able to move out after 6 months, and received our deposit on day 30 with no statement of the deductions.nOverall very unprofessional, he made me feel like I was a pain in his rear, like he didn't want to do anything for the property, and just wanted us to pay 1675 a month and be happy with the property as is.
