I had a house leased out from under me last minute while dealing with a different property management company with only 3 days left at the place I was living. I called Morgan Property Management on a house I saw on their website and explained my dire situation, he was quick to jump into action. I was approved and had keys 36 hours later. They were great to work with!

I found a property I liked while I happened to be out of town. I was able to promptly get on the phone with a representative and negotiate leasing it. Within a couple of days everything was wrapped up nicely, professionally, and reasonably. I was able to do it all remotely. They are reliable and responsive.

I have worked with a few Rental Property management companies and Morgan Property Managment is the best I have seen. I live out of state and Brandon is so easy to reach. He does a great job of explaining and is super knowledgeable . I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Brandon made sure everything was in good working condition in the rental property we are renting. He has made the transition of us moving from Texas to Idaho very smooth.
