Longfellow Elementary School

The faculty and staff here are incredible. I’ve not met one that isn’t passionate about what they do and why they do it. My son has grown leaps and bounds and looks forward to school every day. Great community combined with excellent education standards and results!

I have been a substitute at this school two times and while I have had a great experience in the classrooms, the secretarial staff has been very mediocre. Both times (once was during the early spring of 2012 and once was the fall of 2013) I have gone in and been very friendly stating who I was subbing for and signed in.They immediately moved to a different conversation with someone else so I had to ask where their classrooms were. They didn't even offer me information as to where the staff room or restroom was. No sub packet, really no direction at all. Luckily the staff was supportive and once I got to my classrooms, each teacher had left very thorough and detailed sub plans.

I originally wrote this review 2 years ago, so I'm sure it is more credible now. I changed it from 1 star to 2 stars. Sometimes I wish I had stayed here instead of sage, but now I've realized that neither Sage nor Longfellow is what I want.nn- a past student (2008-2011)

I've had nothing but a good experience from them if your child is behind or not grade level they do a great job of getting them extra help the teachers are wonderful thought I'd give it a 5

My grandson goes there and loves it.
