To start, the technician deserves 5 stars, Tom was extremely helpful, skilled and didn't leave me in a lurch! He made sure the job was done and because of that I'll call for him again. Drake the company could use some improvement- I called more than once to get help and some time passed because I had to keep reaching out. Secondly, while they have a somewhat reasonable service charge to have someone come out ($50), their prices for repair services are ridiculously high!

John was super friendly and explained what was going on clearly, told us step by step what would happen and gave us estimates before starting work. He was quick and very professional. We also had someone come do a furnace check and he was just as good.

John was out to fix a plumbing issue that was the result of a DIY renovation by a previous homeowner. He was able to quickly diagnose a fix, and repaired it. He was polite, courteous, and a big hit with my 2-year old son. I highly recommend Drake Mechanical.

The technician showed up and was personable. Wasn't wearing ratty, dirty clothes. Listened to what we had to say and then assessed the situation. Was very clear with explanation of what he could do and what cost would be. Did more that I expected him to as far as cleaning up mess that was made by original problem not by him. Wasn't bothered by little dogs. Checked several times to make sure problem was fixed before he left. Overall great experience.

Thomas performed warranty repair on our American Standard water heater. He was great!! Would recommend them/him again.
