We called and they came out that day! Jose Gonzalez was great at trying to figure out our problem! Within a few hours we were able to get Corey Blake over to pump out our tank and he not only did a great job but gave me a lot of helpful tidbits of information for the future. Both had AMAZING customer service and were very friendly and helpful! Thank you!! Update: used them again and Robert Logan was so helpful. Provided me with information I didn’t even know and even wanted to double checked everything before he left! Very helpful!!! I will definitely be using y’all again!
I needed my septic tank pumped, and selected Express Plumbing based on their ratings. When I made the appointment, the lady on the phone was very courteous, and professional.nnDelmer Burke was the technician that responded. He called, and advised me that he was on his way. Upon arrival Delmer advised me that he would park in the street, and not my driveway. This caused him extra work because of the distance to my septic. He was concerned about driving his heavy truck on my driveway.nnDelmer inspected my septic, and pumped same. He gave me great advice regarding the care of my septic tank. When he finished, he cleaned the area, and when he left, you would never know anyone was there.nnDelmer, did an outstanding job. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He answered all of my questions, and took great pride in his work.nnMy total experience with Express Plumbing was very positive from start to finish. I highly recommend Express Plumbing.
Robert L. was out to pump my septic tank. He was punctual, polite and professional. Despite the job taking much longer than expected due to a mistake on my part (the location of the tank), he was cheerful and hard-working, and maintained a positive attitude throughout. I come from a management background. He is the type of employee every business should take care to retain. 10/10, I will absolutely use Express again. Thank you for a great job, Robert!
Wow! I was very impressed with Nolan and this company in general (The person who answered the phone was always so nice and patient). Nolan was very professional. He arrived with a smile, mask; and was fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. The heater was fixed within one day! He went above and beyond our expectations. This company has earned my business. This company is honest and has a very great crew! They value customer relationships and that is evident in what they charge for their services and even in what they do that they do not charge for!
