Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and gave us good tips as homeowners. Plus they came out the same day and were a better value compared to the other plumbers I called for price quotes. I highly recommend them!
It has been a while since I’ve had to use the services of Knight plumbing and that is actually a good thing. It means the work they did fixed my problem. We actually had a problem on a Saturday night at 10 PM where the water in the tub shower combo would not turn off It was very scary. They came promptly and replaced the cartridge in the shower. That worked. However within a week later it was leaking. They came out again and replace the cartridge again since that one was actually faulty. They stood by their work from the initial call and did not charge anything extra to fix the problem again. As I said we’ve not had any further problem. Both technicians that came out were professional pleasant and promptly took care of the situation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone
While this may not have to do with business, I lost my phone on the road and they recovered it! Answered my call and gave me their location to come and get it. Stand up business and will use knights for all my plumbing from now on!
Without looking at my ejector pump the guy told me it was burned out and I would need a new one for $1400. (Even though I could hear it turn on but not pump.) I asked how much the pump was and how much labor was and he said he didn’t know.nI declined the service.nI pulled the pump and it just had a clog that I fixed. Hooked it all back up and it works fine.
I highly recommend Knight Plumbing. Heather was very responsive and helpful. Timothy, Shawn and Tony showed up quickly and went above and beyond to find our problem. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again with any plumbing issue that arises.
