I got a gas line run and I couldn't be happier. These guys worked around my WFH schedule, managed to stay quiet enough to not wake my baby, cleaned and left everything the way it was when they came. They came out super quick and did a wonderful job. 10/10 will continue to come back
These guys really pulled through for us! We are first time homeowners, and had a sewage backup! We were extremely stressed, and feeling in over our heads, but Charles came out (same day!) and got us all taken care of. He was extremely knowledgeable, and passed his knowledge onto us, as well. He took the time to explain what happened, and why, and steps we can take to prevent it next time! Not only did he get the repair done, but advised us on what we should do about our flooring etc.. going forward! He was pleasant and professional, he made us and our pets feel comfortable! Would highly recommend, and will be giving him our business again!!
Love these guys! I contacted them yesterday to get an appointment to have a faucet installed in the kitchen and they came today. Super fast turn around! Very professional and good prices. While working on the faucet they found that my garbage disposal had been improperly installed and also fixed that. We will definitely be using them again for plumbing needs!
Titan was a very responsive company to a major water issue. They responded immediately with care and gave a very fair quote for the work. I was able to have a better understanding of the issue and appreciated the feedback for best how to approach a fix. I will definitely use them in the future as I felt I could trust their advice and bid.
The 2 man crew (Charles and Nick) from Titan did quick, clean and quality work when installing our new tankless water heater. They were able to oblige my request to locate the gas line in an area of the house I was really hoping for it to go, and even provided the additional material free of charge. I highly recommend Titan to anyone in need of high quality service!
