I'm so glad they made the decision to actually move a historic tree eraser than chop it down. I've been here 20yrs, and it's sad to see so many historic trees be destroyed by construction and expansion. Even the trees that used to line the streets across the way and around St.Lukes. I just hope the efforts to save this historic tree are not in vain. It's amazing to see up close, if you're in that area, check it out. I'm glad it's a landmark.
It's a large tree that was moved for hundreds of thousands of dollars. I guess that's kind of interesting.
It's just one, but it's a giant one. Haven't been - pictures look great though.
