Like most Primo locations, the food is great, but are you willing to deal with the hassle? At some point in the process you will be waiting a solid 15 minutes for no reason. They’ll immediately place you on hold for 5 minutes even when they aren’t busy. Try curbside and you’ll be waiting in your car for 15 mins after the pickup time. Go inside and you’ll be standing there 15 mins after you were supposed to pickup your order. It will be a hassle every single time.
Love the place, all the cold and hot subs always make you feel better after a long day at work :D
This is my FAVORITE primo location. The primo sandwiches all have their own unique taste - unlike subway, JJs, and jersey mikes - you can taste the difference! This location always makes me feel like I’m not in a chain sub shop. More like a real homey old Italian sub shop. The staff is always sincere. Theres a guy named Nate who works often - he makes the best Italian Diablo! The quality and service is what keeps people like me coming back every week.

You guys consistently get my order wrong. I order online, just so you have a ticket right there in front of you, you still can't get it right. I tip you all the time, so why do you constantly do me dirty like that? Well that's my last tip, chums. I wanted to support your families, but you clearly don't care about mine.
