Burgers are good, but 15 dollars for it just isn't worth it. I got the little burger and little fries. I'll get steak sandwich somewhere else and have money left over. They are gouging their prices and they lost this customer and my family.
French fries made for each order - so fresh. Really good quality ingredients and preparation.
My wife and I went to 5 guys centerville yesterday and had the worst experience we ever had there! We got there at 1:30. There was two people working, but only one was out front. The other was in the back. There was only 2 other customers in place. We placed order in and sat down. We waited 30 minutes and finally the customer next to us said that she waited so long her food was c0ld. She was waiting on a reorder. I went up to the counter and there was nobody there! There was no food being made! When the women came back I told her I want my money back. She said OK but I will have to pay for the soda I got. Some nerve!!!
Was having a great time, and the food and staff were great. But improve the environment and the toilet!!
