Best place for soup, salad, and sandwiches around! Fresh ingredients, perfect combos, and good customer service. The staff at the location nearest the Boise campus seems to be hosted by a myriad of new employees as the sandwiches took a while to get out. They skipped the additional strawberry and roll for one of our meals but that's alright. My main problem was the manager that wore the same set of protective gloves to move a wet floor sign, open doors, pull down their mask, pull up their pants, and move the prepared sandwiches from the press to the plate... You may as well not wear gloves and just keep washing your hands in that case..

The food was very good, as usual. The sabdwiches seemed to be made with a little less quality and care as they usually are. The fresh healthy drink mixes that they usually have on hand were not made, and the containers were empty with no sign indicating why. The soup was amazing as usual, and will be the primary reason for coming back, along with the great staff.
Food was good, portions small w/o any sided, all extra, had turkey sandwich & soup.
Just like most places they act real strange about covid, which I don't care for. The food is pretty decent which I would expect for the price. All in all a good alternative to the many poor quality fast food restaurants out there. The one thing I'd like to see improve is the protein.
