Was a hot mess from the start. Machine didn’t want to read my card, cords kept getting tangled , too windy, blue foam wash which got all over my clothes Bc of the wind blowing in from the field( they should close the door on one side), used spot free rinse and my car is covered in spots! What’s the point!? My car looked better before I took it here! And after reading other reviews I checked my banking app and sure enough I was charged $20 instead of the $13 it should have been!!
Do not use the card reader! As in other reviews card was charged $20 instead of $7 when i stopped the transaction. Otherwise it is your average car wash. Hopefully they get this straightened out or they will continue to see more 1 star reviews. Clearly there is a glitch but it needs to be addressed no reason for me to pay 3 times what I actually spent.
The machines didn't work to take care or cash. I could not get a wash. There was a number to call, but I just wanted something fast. I wish there was a sign saying out of order so I didn't waste my time
This is the second time I paid for the under body wash, and it did not work. I’m done with this car wash!
I went to this place yesterday. My card got charged $20.00 and tried calling but no answer of course. It told me on the screen to start at $5 than would go up by minuet I stopped washing my car at 8 minuets, and I go on to my banking app and my card gets charged 20.00 I will be calling this Monday again and I will keep calling and I will never go to this car wash again, and if I have to go from now on I will only do cash, because this is messed up.
