My daughter had a dress she ordered online that arrived two days before an out of town wedding. It was a wrinkled mess. I called three other cleaners who all said they couldn’t possibly get it done due to COVID. Comet said they could probably do it for next day. I brought it right in and explained the situation to the clerk. He was so nice and accommodating. Said he would have it done by 5:00 that day. He called just before 3:00 to say it was done. The dress was beautifully pressed and ready for me when I got there 30 minutes later. Price was reasonable, quality was great, service was excellent. I will use them exclusively from now on and would recommend them highly!

Bought a vintage 100% wool navy pea coat that was heavily damaged by washing. I went a little out of my way to take it to this location where they do everything on site. I'm so glad I did. When I brought my coat in, the woman I talked to said the fabric was basically ruined. Disheartened, with nothing to lose, I just asked her to do your best. It was done the next day and when I came into pick it up I honestly expected it to look awful. I was absolutely floored by the quality job they did! Still had some minor creases, but not very noticeable since the coat is black. Nothing short of a miracle! Cost me less that $10 with an online coupon. I don't use cleaners often but the quality work and friendly service was astounding. I won't even bother to go anywhere else. Thanks Comet, you guys rock!
Took in some clothes that had stains. 90% of them they did not get the stains out and still charged me for saying the stains couldn’t come out. I easy got the stains out on my own. Feel like I shouldn’t have been charged for the clothes. Also, they were late in getting my clothes done. Will not be returning.
