First, the team here is really nice and prompt. I continue to use them to launder my shirts because they are fast and open during the hours I need. (I used to use green leaf in eagle but now he closes at 3:).nMy only problem is they don't seem to iron the shirts. I thought it was because I was not ordering enough starch, so I switched to heavy. Sure enough my shirts bos are stuff as a board, and wrinkled. I think the wash thd shirts, soak them in starch, then hang to dry. Ive shared this with the team and they said it is a problem the have been working on for several months now. See pics of my shirts from last week.nI'll keep using, but only because I can't seem to find a cleaner in idaho that irons shirts.
In the last 2 years they have moved me to three different locations due to closures. Ended up at Washington and 15th. If you are looking for the rudest service in the valley - this place will fit you perfect. After 20 years of having my shirts done weekly, I am throwing in the towel on Martinizing.
Faded and stained a brand new $100 shirt that only needed to be dry cleaned because it smelled from being in a suitcase. When I pointed out the stain and color, the staff tried to say that it was like that when I gave it to them. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a dry cleaners. If anyone has recommendations of a good place to go, please let me know!
Contrary to this sign on the front door, they do Not offer same day service. You have to have your items in by 9a to receive them back by after 6p the Following day. Have had shirts returned with black dinge on them and also they tried to give us someone else's shirt..
