I drove through 25 minutes of traffic from 5 mile/Lake Hazel to this place and showed up at 5:10pm to drop off some military dress blues. The shop was open, but the man working said they were not open for business because of his health and that he was just waiting for some customers to pick up their dry clean items. If you are working and waiting to get your money from previous customers...then what is so hard about taking a new drop off? Bad business in my opinion. Open is open. Not going back here for sure!

I took in some uniforms for alterations and cleaning. I gave very specific instructions on how the alteration was to be done and told him to call me if there was any questions and I would gladly help. He said come back in a week and I did. When I picked up my clothing the alterations were not done correctly. When I brought this up he got angry with me and told me I was wrong. I pulled up the instruction on how they were supposed to be done and he told me to come back in a week or two and he would fix them. I needed them the next day and explained that to him. Once again I was dealt with in an unprofessional manner and told I was wrong and that it was to bad. So I had to find another shop who would fix the mistake. The shop who repaired his work did it for half the price and better quality. The one high point of my experience was the shirt that I had cleaned was very well done.
Took in a comforter a few years back. It was ruined.
Best Dry Cleaners in the area by far. Great hours, prices, and personalized service, along with a very convenient location. Sooooo happy I found them!
